Supported by the Premier League and The FA, our national and regional celebrations shine a spotlight on Black talent inspiring the next generation off the pitch. Despite 43% of footballers in the Premier League hailing from the Black community, there is a lack of representation across decision making positions in the men’s game, and all areas of the women’s game. The FBL seeks to address this by highlighting outstanding work of those from African and Caribbean backgrounds.
